Philippe Perret started his career in 1987 with Natio-Vie, the insurance company of BNP Group as a financial manager and became Chief Financial Officer in 1992. He joined Societe Generale group in 1997 as Deputy General Manager of Sogecap. In 2006, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Sogecap.
In December 2009, Philippe Perret was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Assurances and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sogecap. In June 2018, the Board of Directors separated the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and of Chief Executive Officer and confirmed Philippe Perret as Chief Executive Officer.

Philippe Perret is a statistician-economist, graduate of the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE). He has a Master’s degree in macroeconomic and conjuncture analysis from Paris I Sorbonne University; he is a qualified member of the Institute of French Actuaries.
Ingrid Bocris started her career in 1997 in management and strategic consulting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, then in 1999 at Arthur Andersen Management. She joined the Societe Generale group at the end of 2005 and was in charge of Sogecap's Savings Life Insurance activities. In February 2013, she was appointed Chief of staff of the Specialized Financial Services Department (DSFS) and in July 2015 she became Head of Marketing and Digital for International Retail Banking.
Ingrid Bocris is in charge of the Partnerships, Corporate and Innovation division, Deputy General Manager of Sogecap and Executive Chairman of Moonshot-Internet since April 2018
Ingrid Bocris is a graduate of ESCP Europe in Strategy, Marketing and Finance and holds an MBA in Strategy and Management from Babson College.
Laurent Dunet started his career in 1993 as Management Controller for the Spanish entities of MMA Group in Madrid. After 1 year within the audit firm CCAS, he joined Deloitte in 1996 as Senior Auditor for the Insurance Section. He joined Sogecap in 1998 as Accounting Manager and then as Head of Accounting.
In 2008, he took over the responsability of Komercni Pojistovna, subsidiary of Societe Generale Assurances in Czech Republic.
He returned to France in 2011 and joined Sogessur as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer in 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sogecap and became Head of Bancassurance Development France for Societe Generale Assurances.
Laurent Dunet is Chief Executive Officer of Sogessur.
Laurent Dunet is a graduate of ESC Pau. He has a Master’s in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
Laurent Doubrovine started his career in 1991 with AGF Collectives, where he was first in charge of Strategy and Marketing, and then of Results and of Portfolio Monitoring before becoming Head of Studies and Results in 1995. In 1999, he became Head of Technical Products for AGF Vie Individuelle. In 2003, he becomes Head of the Insurance Business Line, first for Individual Life activities and then for all Life Insurance activities for AGF.
Since 2008, Laurent Doubrovine was Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Natixis Assurances, where notably he participated to the set up of an insurance business line dedicated to Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne distribution networks. He joined Sogecap as Advisor to the Chairman-Chief Executive Officer, before being co-head of Bancassurance Development France activities. Jean-Manuel Mercier started his career in 1987 in AXA France in IT. He became Head of Information Systems Studies for AXA US in New York in 1999. Then, he became CIO of AXA Anglo-Saxon entities in London in 2003. He came back to France in 2006 and joined BNPP Fortis as Head of Organization and Information systems, and Sogecap in 2009 as Head of Corporate Resources.

Philippe Bourrin started his career in 1989 as Inspector for Generali IARD and joined Sogessur in 1996 as a trainer.
In 1999, he was in charge of the "Implementation of Customer Relations Departments" project. Then, he became Head of Clients Contracts until 2013. At this same period, he was Head of Marketing for several years.
Philippe Bourrin has been appointed Deputy General Manager of Sogessur in 2010, in charge of Marketing, Clients Relations (contracts and claims), Quality, Purchasing and General Resources.

Mai Nguyen started her career in 1988 as financial Manager with Natio-Vie, the Insurance Company of BNP Group and was appointed Head of Investments in 1997. In 2000, she became Head of Investments of l’Union des Assurances Federales, subsidiary company of Crédit Lyonnais.
She joined Societe Generale group in 2002, as Head of Investments of Sogecap for 3 years and became Head of Finance and Risks in 2005.
In 2009, Mai Nguyen became Deputy General Manager of Sogecap, in charge of the Finance, Investments and Risks department. In April 2018, Mai Nguyen was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sogecap by the Board of Directors.
Mai Nguyen is a graduate of l’Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE), of l’Institut des Techniques de Marché (ITML) and is a qualified Actuary (CEA).
Daniel Jost started his career in 1986 with CNP Group as an Auditor for Credit Life Insurance. He joined the Federation Nationale de la Mutualité Française (FNMF) as a Legal Manager for the life insurance Business in 1990. Then, he became Head of Legal of ERISA (CCF Group which became HSBC) in 1994.
In 2001, he joined Societe Generale group as Head of Legal and Tax of Sogecap and became Corporate Secretary in 2007.
Daniel Jost is a graduate of the Insurance Institute (l'Institut des Assurances) and has a Master’s degree in Private Law.
Bruno Gérin-Roze joined Unilever in 1983 as an Organizer and then, as a Project Manager. He became senior consultant with KPMG in 1989.
Bruno Gérin-Roze joined Societe Generale group in 1994 as Head of Human Resources and Organisation for Franfinance. Then, he took over the responsibility of Head of Compensation and Benefits for Societe Generale, between 2003 and 2006.
He then moved to Czech Republic as Deputy Head of Human Resources for 3 years. When he came back to France in 2009, he joined Societe Generale International Retail Bank as Deputy Head of Human Resources. In 2013, he became Head of Human Resources of Societe Generale International, Banking and Financial Services in Europe.

Airy Groscolas joined Societe Generale group in 2000 as IT Manager for Payments after 8 years as an IT consultant and 4 years as IT Studies Manager in the Caisse des Dépôts Group. He then took over the IT management of the Cash Europe project for the DPDI branch (International Payments Division).
He joined Sogecap in 2006 as international IT manager, took over the IT department of Sogécap in 2009 and then the IT department of Societe Generale Assurances in 2012. Airy Groscolas has been Head of Resources for Societe Generale Assurances since 2017.
Airy is an Information Systems Engineer graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lille and holds a DEA in Management and Finance from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises.
