Whether you become a Customer Advisor specializsing in Life Insurance or Protection products, joining our Customer Relations Centreer in Orléans means becoming part of a team that combines a positive atmosphere with high-quality work, all in service of our clients.

Missions:

  • Receive calls from our clients and distributors (phone, letters, emails) and support them through the various stages of their contract(s);
  • Support our distributors in the pre-sales and sales of life and protection insurance contracts;
  • Carry out customer service-related administrative tasks (database updates, document reprints, complaint entries, etc.);
  • Ensure follow-up of the customer relationship through outbound calls.
