Customer Claims Advisor (Property Damage) M/F
At La Défense and Orléans, joining our Customer Relations Centre dedicated to claims means above all supporting our clients during delicate moments, by independently managing Car and Home claims of up to €50,000:
- With committed teams and a high level of expertise;
- In a pleasant work environment (dual screens, quiet setting) and a friendly atmosphere (sharing moments, team spirit).
Your missions:
- Handle client claim declarations: validate coverage, determine liability, assess damages, and initiate recovery from a responsible third party;
- Advise and support clients: find and propose suitable solutions, guide clients to partner service providers if needed, and inform them of the next steps in their case;
- Carry out administrative tasks related to claims settlement;
- For Experienced Claims Advisors: due to their technical expertise, share knowledge with other team advisors, especially in managing specific claims.
