Expert Claims Manager

Being an Expert Claims Manager means handling claims (accident, fire, theft…) under €30,000 to assess the circumstances, determine liability, evaluate the damage, and guide the case toward the most appropriate resolution:

  • Carry out administrative tasks related to claims management, particularly for minor material and bodily liability claims: provisioning, settlements, revisions, complaints;
  • Ensure proper application of applicable rules (Conventions and Common Law);
  • Manage recoveries and defend the company’s interests proactively, whether conventionally, amicably, or through litigation;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by identifying potential issues and non-compliance;
  • Perform post-management follow-up and ensure high-quality customer relations with our policyholders.

Specialist Claims Manager

Being a Specialist Claims Manager means handling claims (accident, fire, theft…) over €50,000 or any bodily injury claim under Personal Accident Insurance (GAV) and Car Insurance, to assess the circumstances, determine liability, evaluate the damage, and guide the case toward the most appropriate resolution.

Depending on their area of specializsation (Car, Home Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance) and the severity of the claim, certain cases are assigned to our Insurance Specialists:

  • Manage medium to severe material and bodily injury claims (involving victims, experts, doctors, lawyers) and determine liability;
  • Verify risk compliance and coverage application;
  • Financially assess cases, control technical costs, and ensure follow-up;
  • Propose, negotiate, and settle compensation amounts within your authority;
  • Handle and follow up on recoveries (both material and bodily);
  • Lead and monitor legal proceedings through to completion (preparing lawyer arguments, validating conclusions).
