Indeed, when faced with challenges, we know how to go above and beyond collectively by combining solidarity and commitment. This collective spirit is omnipresent at Société Générale Assurances.
To encourage even more collaboration, we promote new ways of working, such as the “tribe” model, and have created internal communities to foster peer-to-peer exchanges.
Innovation in our approaches and offerings has been identified as a differentiating factor in how we conduct our business. For us, innovation is a mindset, and every employee embodies it daily. That’s why we encourage collective intelligence, notably through our I-Link community.
Societe Generale Assurances is a responsible and committed company. This is why we have launched the “CSR by design” programme, which leads us to integrate CSR issues natively into all our activities (product development, IT, HR, etc.). This commitment resonates strongly with our employees, who are active participants. For example, employees can engage in charitable work through skills-based or solidarity volunteering, either individually or as a team, or by participating in sports challenges. Beyond sharing these enjoyable moments, we pay particular attention to the well-being of our teams, as team cohesion is a key factor in our collective success.
By giving our employees a voice through internal surveys, listening to them, and creating opportunities for exchange through communities, we help maintain a high level of engagement and job satisfaction across teams:
- As members of the I-Link community dedicated to innovation, around a hundred volunteer employees representing all our business lines in France contribute to spreading innovation within Societe Generale Assurances, serving our clients and business goals;
- Satisfaction surveys (employee barometer) or participatory surveys (opinions on health coverage, etc.) are regularly conducted among our employees.
