Our employee benefits
Beyond the interest of the missions, the autonomy, and the widespread adoption of remote work that we offer at Société Générale Assurances, many benefits are provided to our employees.
The leave policy implemented at Societe Generale Assurances allows our employees to enjoy a good work-life balance:
- Annual leave: 28 days for executives and 26 days for non-executives, plus the possibility of 2 additional days for split leave;
- Additional rest days (RTT) – after deduction of the solidarity day:
- For non-executives and hourly executives: 20 days;
- For executives: an average of 15 days;
- Time savings account (CET);
- Seniority leave (starting from 10 years);
- 20-week maternity leave.
Societe Generale Assurances offers its employees a compensation package that values both collective and individual performance:
- Annual gross salary linked to the position, the level of seniority of the role, and the profile;
- Discretionary variable compensation linked to the position, the level of seniority of the role, and the achievement of individual objectives;
- Profit-sharing and incentive schemes.
A Group Savings Plan is offered to our employees on permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, and apprenticeships after 3 months of seniority:
- The Group Savings Plan allows employees to build up savings at their own pace, with support from the company, invested in securities under favourable financial and tax conditions;
- Employees may, under certain conditions, benefit from a company contribution for any payment into the Group Savings Plan.
Our employees can benefit from many family-related advantages:
- Monthly childcare allowance for dependent children up to the final year of preschool, with no seniority requirement;
- Education allowance paid for each child subject to compulsory schooling or studying (up to age 24);
- Marriage/civil union and birth bonuses.
Our company is committed to ensuring a good level of coverage for its employees in the areas of Health, Welfare, and Retirement:
- A responsible and flexible supplementary health insurance plan (optional) with a good level of coverage provided by the company. Certain family members can benefit from the health insurance at no additional cost;
- The subscribed Welfare contract is primarily intended to supplement, up to 100% of gross salary, the benefits paid by Social Security in the event of incapacity for work, disability, or death. It also includes an education pension for dependent children;
- A supplementary retirement plan, with a monthly contribution paid by the company equivalent to 1.5% of the employee’s gross monthly salary.
The company covers part of the expenses incurred by its employees to commute to their workplace:
- A monthly reimbursement of 50% of the cost of the home-to-work subscription (public transport, SNCF, bike rental, etc.);
- Payment of a bicycle mileage allowance.
Societe Generale Assurances provides an annual contribution to its local CSEs so they can offer employees a wide range of services such as:
- Ticketing, gym membership subsidies, product sales, travel, holiday vouchers, CESU vouchers, leisure, sports and holiday packages, Christmas gift vouchers, etc.
Preferential employee rates are offered on all products in the Societe Generale Assurances range.
