Head of Human Resources for Societe Generale Assurances
Bruno Gérin-Roze joined Unilever in 1983 as an Organizer and then, as a Project Manager. He became senior consultant with KPMG in 1989.
Bruno Gérin-Roze joined Societe Generale group in 1994 as Head of Human Resources and Organisation for Franfinance. Then, he took over the responsibility of Head of Compensation and Benefits for Societe Generale, between 2003 and 2006.
He then moved to Czech Republic as Deputy Head of Human Resources for 3 years.
When he came back to France in 2009, he joined Societe Generale International Retail Bank as Deputy Head of Human Resources. In 2013, he became Head of Human Resources of Societe Generale International, Banking and Financial Services in Europe.
Bruno Gérin-Roze is Head of Human Resources for Societe Generale Assurances since 2016.
Bruno Gérin-Roze is a graduate of l’Ecole Centrale de Lille.
