Laurent Dunet
Deputy General Manager of Sogecap, Head of international activities for Societe Generale Assurances
Laurent Dunet started his career in 1993 as Management Controller for the Spanish entities of MMA Group in Madrid. After 1 year within the audit firm CCAS, he joined Deloitte in 1996 as Senior Auditor for the Insurance Section. He joined Sogecap in 1998 as Accounting Manager and then as Head of Accounting.
In 2008, he took over the responsability of Komercni Pojistovna, subsidiary of Societe Generale Assurances in Czech Republic.
He returned to France in 2011 and joined Sogessur as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2022. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sogecap and became Head of Bancassurance Development France for Societe Generale Assurances. Since January 2022, Laurent Dunet is in charge of international activities for Societe Generale Assurances.
Laurent Dunet is a graduate of ESC Pau. He has a Master’s in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
