Societe Generale Insurance is redefining its organisation and announcing a new Executive Committee

After 2016 characterised by a strong growth momentum and record financial results and the beginning of 2017 which saw the acquisition of Antarius, Societe Generale Insurance is redefining its organisation in order to:

- Drive forward the expansion of its integrated bancassurance business model,

- Speed up the transformation process of its business mix and distribution models,

- Increase the satisfaction of all customers.

The new organisation, which is focused on customers, innovation, technological expertise and designed to ensure an optimal use of data, is based on 4 business units:

- Bancassurance Development France, to serve Societe Generale’s and Credit du Nord’s French retail banking networks and their private banking entities,

- Partnerships, Corporate and Innovation, to sustain the development of growth drivers, roll out new business models and support digital transformation and optimal use of data,

- International, to pursue the development of partnerships with the Group’s main international distribution networks and grow activities with external partners,

- Customer Relationship France, to increase customer satisfaction on all distribution channels and on the full range of activities,

Operating in synergies with 4 service units:

- Finance, Investment & Risks,

- Corporate Resources,

- Human Resources,

- General Secretary.
