Employ - To be a responsible employer
We are committed t providing our employees with an inclusive and dynamic work environment. Through a proactive approach to training and development, we position diversity and inclusion as key drivers of well-being, innovation, and collective performance.
Being a responsible employer means empowering everyone to take action and grow within an ethical and supportive environment. Because we firmly believe that our responsibility as an employer goes beyond economic performance, we are fully committed to creating a workplace where everyone can get involved, develop their skills, and contribute to a more sustainable future. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, quality of life at work, responsible practices, and solidarity.
Diversity and inclusion are a source of strength, driving innovation and performance. That’s why we implement policies and initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment and combat all forms of discrimination. Our commitments are reflected in awareness-raising actions such as themed conferences, virtual reality workshops, and the adaptation of our recruitment and promotion policies to ensure equal opportunities for all. As a result, our gender equality index rose from 78/100 in 2018 to 93/100 at the end of 2025.
Providing our employees with a respectful and inclusive work environment is essential to us. We believe in the power of information and awareness to change mindsets. That is why we regularly organise conferences on key topics such as customer satisfaction, climate risks, mobility, career development, and the company’s areas of expertise. These moments of dialogue help foster a committed corporate culture, where everyone can better understand societal challenges and act accordingly.
They are complemented by a structured support approach, including at least one annual training session in France dedicated to social responsibility issues. In 2025, 99.6% of our employees completed non-mandatory training on these topics, demonstrating widespread engagement.
We also encourage our employees to adopt responsible behaviours in their daily activities by giving them the means to take concrete action and support our partner associations across all our locations. In France, this commitment is supported by a dedicated program allowing employees to devote three working days per year to such initiatives, extended to six days per year for employees over the age of 55.
Within this framework, solidarity initiatives are carried out across our three sites, notably through collections of care packages for the French Red Cross. In addition, local initiatives further enrich these commitments: in Orléans, volunteers supported the Ésope social grocery store through food and hygiene product collections; in La Défense and Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, employees mobilised for Rejoué through toy collections and a refurbishment day alongside the association.
Finally, collective commitment is a core value for us, which is why we encourage our employees to take part in solidarity initiatives. Employees are also invited to contribute to initiatives led in partnership with the Société Générale Foundation, as well as to Group-wide initiatives such as the “Move For the Ocean” sports and solidarity challenge, which brought together nearly 500 employees in 2025.
We have also been a partner of the Imagine for Margo association since its creation in 2011.
The daily actions of our employees give real meaning to our commitment as a responsible employer.
