1. Integrated bancassurance: fully capturing the potential of an evolving model
Societe Generale Assurances is leveraging on the performance of its integrated bancassurance model combining the efficiency of digital and the expertise of the advisor to continue its growth dynamic and to gain market share.
Making insurance services an integral part of the bank is something that Group customers really appreciate, and which promotes their loyalty as well as generating revenue and synergies for the networks. Societe Generale Assurances business model is based on a very high frequency of contacts through in-branch within retail and private banking networks, phone contact with advisors of Customer Relation Centers, and through digital media such as banking websites and mobile applications.
In order to respond to the evolution of habits and new market standards, the Insurance business has positioned the client at the center of its strategic thinking. We are thus investing in full online and 24/7 subscription and contracts management journeys in order to offer a customer experience focused on simplicity and instantaneity. Societe Generale Assurances makes its expertise available to the Group's distribution networks, to continuously develop its product and services ranges and be there for its clients when it matters.
2. Partnerships: to diversify and accelerate growth drivers
To boost its partnership activity in savings life insurance, Societe Generale Assurances can rely on two flagship franchises: Oradéa Vie in France, and Sogelife in Luxembourg, which meet the expectations of demanding customers with innovative offers distributed through leading platforms of independent wealth management advisers (CGPI) and private banks.
In protection, Societe Generale Assurances already has strong partnerships in place and continues to generate dynamic growth in personal protection and property and casualty insurances with internal and external partners of Societe Generale group, in particular in fleet insurance.
